About Spoonfed
'Spoonfed' because we focus on imparting mostly high-scoring knowledge to exam candidates.
100% of our approach is marking scheme-based, because the priority is to get a top grade in a key exam. The priority is not to speak fluent French. At Spoonfed, we are aware that students' workload across all topics is heavy. We know how to streamline the curriculum in order to equip them with the necessary skills.
We love lean and mean grammar and trendy essential vocab (with a touch of sparkle, because speaking French or any foreign language is empowering!)
Spoonfed coaching was set up by Pascale, a French expat who had changed schools 10 times on 3 continents by the time she starting her MA at Université Côte d'Azur.
Trained as a literary translator, she translated several books from English into French for different Parisian publishing companies.
She went on to work in sales & marketing roles for European luxury multinationals, first in Paris then in Singapore for 20 years, prior to joigning the eworking revolution and happily ecoaching Asia-based anglophone students from anywhere in the world.
